About The Alternative Healthcare
The Alternative Healthcare situated in Haywards Heath in West Sussex offers a wide variety of yoga styles, classes and teachers. Whether you are a complete beginner or a life long lover of yoga, we have a class for you! From Tradition Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Restorative Yoga, Backcare Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pilates to Meditation.
Our resident yoga instructor Shine Babu offers a variety of different Hatha yoga classes as well as 1-2-1 yoga therapy to heal all chronic conditions.
As well as our studio we have a natural therapies centre, specialising in Ayurveda. Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga, incorporating diet, herbs, treatments and lifestyle changes to create health.
