Marie Page teaches classes are designed for men and women of different ages, sporting enthusiasm, shapes and sizes.

The classes are suitable for complete beginners who would like to enjoy the benefits of increased flexibility, strength and balance as well as those who have previously done yoga.

The classes take place at various venues local to Henfield, West Sussex.

Most have not done yoga before and would say they are not very flexible or have great balance. What they all have in common is a desire to get a little more supple and spend an hour or so a week taking time out from busy lives to relax and focus on something else.

The classes are small and are very accessible and friendly. No scary, impossible pretzel shapes to contort yourself into! And no chanting or other stuff that might seem a bit weird!
