Katy offers Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga & Restorative classes around Surrey and West Sussex.
Her classes are suitable for all abilities and work the entire body as well as incorporating balance and strengthening postures.
She also offers private 1:1 classes which provide the opportunity to focus on a specific area of stiffness, to deepen or kickstart your yoga practice. A 1:1 session is also the perfect way to get some extra guidance around alignment and to answer any other questions you may have.
Katy runs weekend retreats around the country and week long retreats abroad.
