Based in a small, friendly, private studio in Horsham, I teach mixed ability yoga classes, inviting you to strengthen, stretch and relax not just in body, but also in mind. Embrace the opportunity to unwind, feel connected to your body, tune in to your breath and invest in your own wellness. I offer a selection on weekly classes and 1:1 yoga sessions.
Additionally, I teach 'Yoga for Runners and Athletes', delivering sports specific yoga practices designed to improve and maintain range of motion, functional movement and stability, therefore reducing the risk of sports related injury and allowing athletes to continue enjoying the sport they love.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher, and also a Yoga Alliance Professional Sports Yoga teacher.
