Using a modern approach to traditional Hatha Yoga, my classes start with a gentle warm-up followed by a balanced programme of postures and sequences using the breath (pranayama), to take us to the final relaxation. The 60 minute lessons are planned using variations and modifications making them suitable for everyone.
Private yoga classes
Private yoga sessions can be tailored to your individual needs and can take place at my home, at your home, or other suitable location. I am also happy for you to share a class with a partner or friend. Yoga was traditionally taught one-on-one and it’s the perfect way to address your personal needs and intentions, and really make your yoga practice work for you.
