Mina’s yoga classes are brilliant. Mina provides superb props which are set up ready for us to use at the beginning of class. I really enjoy the style and pace of the class, which is carefully planned each week and always different. Mina always demonstrates each position before we do it so that we thoroughly know what we are doing before we attempt it ourselves. Mina explains everything clearly and carefully which is really useful. Mina caters for different levels in our class so there’s something for all of us. Mina is a fantastic Yoga teacher, she is passionate about helping people to become healthy, not just get into poses. She creates a very special place to explore the body through yoga and my body has transformed in the 1 year i have been attending her classes. i came to her post an operation and very stiff, now i feel flexible and strong. I highly recommend her classes, it doesn’t matter what standard or ability she works with us all – beautifully. Thanks Mina
Mina is an excellent and inspiring teacher and her classes are perfect for everyone.
The teaching is of the highest standard and all abilities, fitness levels and body types are catered for. The classes are extremely well structured and Mina is always aware of any adjustments and individual postural variations that may be required.
Overall great classes with a well trained and knowledgeable teacher.
I cannot praise Mina’ classes highly enough. She is a very caring and knowledgable teacher who looks after everyone’s specific needs. I always come home feeling refreshed after a good alround beneficial work out. With many thanks Mina.
I have recently started yoga with Mina having never done any before and am really enjoying the class on a Thursday morning.. I have had both hips replaced, but Mina is very understanding with our capabilities and the gentle stretching has helped enormously..- I wish I had started it earlier., Thank you Mina.
Mina is an excellent yoga teacher. I have been coming to her classes for over a year now and have always found them to be friendly and very relaxing. I always come away for her classes feeling much more flexible and refreshed, not only in my body but my mind too.
