Mindful yoga for beginners to intermediate level, maximum of 12 in class. My aim is to help you understand the simplicity of movement & to teach you how to move free of tension. Through yoga we learn to notice what we are "holding" in our bodies which limits the feeling of comfort & ease. Yoga quietens our soul & brings self soothing & inner calm; leading to improved health & well-being.
I am also able to offer private tuition in yoga at the comfort of your home ( if within 5 miles of Henfield) or my home clinic in Henfield.
