Mitchytitch Childrens Yoga

Classes for children aged 2-7 years old to do together with parent or carer, join in and support your child as well as giving yourself time to exercise. Go on a fun and imaginative journey together exploring Yoga with stories,games,music and crafts. Then enjoy relaxing together, helping to learn techniques to help keep you both calm and cope with life’s stresses and strains!
All classes are taught within the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines being inclusive of SEN.
