My hatha yoga classes are a combination of dynamic asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation. All levels of practise are welcome as I teach in a way that allows you to practise at your own pace and ability. I bring influences from Iyengar, Sivananda and Scaravelli yoga to my teaching and my training is deeply rooted in Integral Hatha Yoga.
Yoga for Pregnancy - Saturdays @ The Shoreham Centre 10am-1115am
Pregnancy yoga is a place for you to to feel safe and supported during this amazing and life changing time. My pregnancy yoga classes are designed to help pregnant women feel peaceful, strong, confident and comfortable throughout their pregnancy. Throughout your classes with me, you will learn useful breathing and relaxation techniques for pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.
Bring Your Baby Yoga - New Term dates TBC
Once your baby is born, you can continue your yoga in a relaxing and friendly environment. Bring Your Baby Yoga classes are an opportunity for you to practise with your baby by your side. I run small groups for new mummies and their babies who are looking for a place to feel calm and to continue that lovely yoga glow that you enjoyed during your pregnancy. Booking is essential for this class.
