Tuesday evenings at R8 Fitness in Hurstpierpoint between 7.40-8.25pm and 8.30-9.30pm £7.50 drop in.

Wednesday early morning at St Nicks and St Marys school in Shoreham. Time 6-6.45am £8 per 45 minute class.

Thursday evenings at St Nicks and St Marys school in Shoreham between 8-9pm £10 drop in.

For dynamic flow yoga. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
