Whatever your age, or fitness, mindful loving yoga is accessible to you. Working with where you are right now tapping into the wisdom of your body , without self judgement or comparison to others,

Beginners and Intermediate levels all welcome.

Julie trained in Classical Hatha India in 2013 after 17 years practice and is an experienced registered Yoga Alliance teacher. She has taught in Cambodia and Thailand and in more recent years on the coast in UK of Worthing! Influenced by practices of mindfulness and compassion, meditation and Yin for a deeper, kinder practice.

Really lovely class relaxing yet challenging -felt amazing afterwards learning to breathe properly too! Laid back class not pushed into doing anything I don’t like -love that can be myself!

Julie is a fantastic teacher. She is warm and welcoming and her classes have a great vibe. I like that she doesn’t encourage students to push themselves into trying to achieve perfect poses, but rather listen to your body. Everyone is free to go at their own pace, and the mixed ages and abilities in the class is welcoming and encouraging for all, rather than feeling like a competition to be the best yogi! Wednesday evenings drop- in 6.30pm (90 minutes) term time

Wednesday early evening Chair Yoga course 4.45pm (1 hour)
*check dates

Saturday- Yoga & Meditation practice Mornings 9.30am +check dates.

Saturday morning Beginners yoga course (up to 3 times a year)*check dates
