Location Information
St Laurence's Church Hall, Sea Place, Goring By Sea: Nicely sized, friendly church hall located close to the seafront in Goring.
The Whispering Gallery - Located above the Dome Cinema in Worthing. A gorgeous, double height space with wooden floorboards, overlooking the ocean.
Opening Times
Monday: 7.30pm - 9pm - Evening Yoga
Thursday: 6.45am - 8am - Sunrise yoga
Friday: 5.45pm - 7.15pm - Pregnancy Yoga
