The Art of Yoga
The Art of Yoga specialises in Yoga and Mindfulness for Women along with Yoga and Mindfulness for teens and pre-teens. We believe that yoga is for every BODY and our classes offer mind and body awareness, time for you to focus on you. The art of yoga is all about cultivating a yoga and mindfulness practice, with practice and awareness everyone can begin to create a better sense of wellbeing! Classes are taught by Shirley Gain, a Yoga teacher and Mindfulness Coach.
