Tina is a great Yoga Teacher and her classes are very relaxing and physically and mentally beneficial! Highly recommend her to anyone
there are so many wonderful things to say about tina’s class,! the hour flies by in the happy relaxed atmosphere she creates due to her being such a warm, welcoming and genuine person 🙂 the exercises and routines are varied and allow for all abilities and she adds little details in to either increase or decrease the stretches. i truly look forward to going each week and if i miss a class i really notice it, not only in my body but mind and spirit also. yoga is amazing and tina is a truly brilliant yoga teacher. I have just discovered this class and am so glad I found it. Tina is so warm and welcoming and creates a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The class is perfect for all abilities including beginners like myself and there is no pressure to ‘perform’ and Tina encourages to go at a comfortable pace that suits the individual. I thoroughly enjoy the gentle stretching exercises and after the relaxation at the end I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend giving it a go!
I found this class earlier this year as a total beginner, Tina made me feel very welcome and at ease. The hour I spend at her class is my time to relax and focus only on myself which is not something I often get time to do. I have found Tina’s class beneficial and I always comi away happy and relaxed and a bit more flexible as eacy week goes by. WE ARE all encouraged to go at our own pace which is great, I would highly recommend Tina and her class
