A flow based class where we focus on a new intention each month to allow body and mind time to practice and grow.

Pay as you go:
My Flow Online: £6.00
My Flow Studio: £8.00

Class packs:
All the class packs are valid for 6 weeks from the date of the 1st class.

My Flow Studio x5: £30.00
Perfect for on average 1 class a week in the studio.

My Flow Online x5: £25.00
Perfect for on average 1 class a week online.

My Flow x 10: £50.00
Includes both the studio and online classes, perfect for on average 2 classes a week.
