Dru Yoga helps relieve the pace and pressures of modern living – and it’s fun!
Dru is a flowing form of yoga that will help you to relax, unwind and stretch out the body. It can help you to revive tired muscles, reduce back pain, and promote deep relaxation that lasts way beyond your yoga class. In short it helps you find your still point in a world of constant and competing demands.
Dru yoga is suitable for all abilities and the soft (yet powerful) nature of Dru means it is an excellent introduction for complete beginners. The class is fully instructed and offers a range of modifications so that the movements and postures are accessible to all.

Location Information
Please bring your own yoga mat, bottle of water, and a blanket.
Wear leggings, joggers or stretchy trousers and a couple of tops so you're always a good temperature.
