Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga encompassing asana (posture) with the breath. The benefits of practising this type of yoga on a regular basis are countless:

I’ve been practicing yoga with Carmen for at least three years now. She is an excellent teacher, kind and patient. She recognises the different needs of each individual pupil and adjusts the posture to suit your flexibility and experience. No two classes are the same and I still feel like I learn something new each time I attend one of her classes.
