I’ve been practicing yoga with Carmen for at least three years now. She is an excellent teacher, kind and patient. She recognises the different needs of each individual pupil and adjusts the posture to suit your flexibility and experience. No two classes are the same and I still feel like I learn something new each time I attend one of her classes. I was told to start practicing yoga by my chiropractor to help ease an old gymnastic injury, I tried a few classes before someone recommended Carmen and since then my love for yoga has grown into something more… Read more »
