Dru yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit, improving strength and flexibility. Dru also works on strengthening core stability, many people who practice Dru say they feel more positive and rejuvenated.
Dru works with the Chakras, in particular the heart chakra.
The main aim is to observe a point of tranquility in an ever moving universe.
