Gillian is an experienced Yoga Teacher and fully qualified Yoga Therapist having practiced yoga for 21 years and taught for over 14 years.

She qualified to teach yoga with Triyoga, London in 2007 and has completed subsequent teacher trainings for Pregnancy and Post-natal yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Yoga Therapy for 21st Century Conditions through Yoga Campus, Restorative Yoga with Anna Ashby, and Opening Yoga to Everyone with Matthew Sanford at Triyoga, a yoga training for people with disabilities.

Gillian has also completed a full 600 hour diploma in Yoga Therapy including clinical experience with Yoga Campus (British Council of Yoga Therapy Accredited) .
