I currently teach weekly classes in Bingley and Keighley and monthly Saturday morning classes in Leeds. These are welcoming and inclusive yoga classes for all body shapes, size and genders.
If you like a friendly yoga class, where you get to chat to the teacher and other students, or just quietly work on your own mat, then my classes will suit you. I like to know the names of all my students and I develop the classes to suit the group.
I can work with you if you have a specific need – be that a health issue, a part of the body you want to work on or a mental block. And I know how hard it is to go to a yoga class for the first time so I won’t judge you if you look at me blankly because you’ve never heard of a Downward Dog. Or if you get your left and rights mixed up (I do that all the time!).
I actively encourage fun in my classes. We are all using our precious time to be there so let’s enjoy it and know that when we leave we are better people for it.
