This allows students to learn how to achieve optimal postural alignment through physical relaxation rather than effort, thereby enhancing a relaxed and peaceful state of mind as well.
It's great for combining with many forms of physical activities, especially traditional Yoga practice.
Why do Aerial Yoga?
1 Traditional Yoga postures, such as inversions and deep backbends, can be achieved without effort and without strain
2 Suspended postures can allow students to explore much deeper releases than in their traditional Yoga postures on the floor.
3 Decompression of joints, relieving pressure while aligning the vertebrae of the spine without strain and increased overall agility, strength and flexibility.
