PRE AND POSTNATAL SPECIALIST
I fully believe in the rebalancing and energising benefits of yoga for mind, body and soul – alignment, balance, connection, movement AND anyone can practice yoga. I deal with clients with a range of needs - injury management, anxiety, depression and those looking to relax and nourish themselves physically and mentally.
My classes are perfect for those looking to learn or develop their yoga practice within a safe and nurturing one-to-one environment or in group classes. At the moment all my sessions are on zoom and I have space in my beautiful studio for 2x clients at a time.
Group classes are currently for prenatal and postnatal clients, no matter how much or little experience you may have had, the gentle and intuitive approach will support your wellbeing and body for the preparation of, and during pregnancy and beyond.
