You don't have to be fit or flexible or young or female, all you need is a body. I am a mature teacher with many years experience and I teach a kind, nurturing style of yoga which is suitable for all ages and abilities as adaptions and modifications are made to suit. Classes run Tues eve, wed morning and thurs afternoon weekly, gentle yoga and yoga nidra 3rd Friday of the month as well as workshops and retreats, corporate yoga and 121 yoga. You will become fitter healthier, stronger and more flexible through the practice of yoga. I also teach yoga dance.
