Classes are run as a 13 week term, Pilates & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from week beginning 8 September, ending in the week of 9 December 2014, with 1 week midterm break week of 27 October.

Location Information

Next to King Edward Memorial Park, located on the river, where all the boats and canoes are, just down from Prospect of Whitby Pub. Free parking on the street after 5.30 p.m. in pay and display bays and on single yellow lines. Places to lock your bike in front of the centre. D3 bus stops a few yards from the front of the centre gates. Wapping Overground line Station, or Shadwell DLR station are nearest stations, 10-15 min walk.
