YogaBellies pregnancy yoga classes are relaxed, informal and suitable for all pregnant women, whether new to yoga or with years of practice.
The classes are run in 8 week blocks & each class lasts an hour and 15 minutes.
The weekly sessions include yoga postures to build strength and stamina for pregnancy and labour; and breathing techniques and deep relaxation to allow mums to remain calm and focused during pregnancy and birth.
Classes are taught by a fully qualified perinatal yoga teacher who can advise on all aspects of pregnancy and the post natal period. Classes are suitable for any mum-to-be over 14 weeks pregnant and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
With each block booking, you will receive a YogaBellies birth pack including a deep relaxation and self hypnosis for birth CD for use throughout your pregnancy, all in a lovely canvas tote.
All mats, cushions and blocks are provided and all class sizes are kept small for one to one attention.
