Yoganama offers a range of mindful, inclusive classes to help you towards a healthier body and calmer mind!

Classes are suitable for all abilities, as they allow you to work with what's right for you and Julie is skilled and experienced at adapting postures for all abilities and needs.

Pre-natal classes provide a gentle, nurturing, environment in which to enjoy your pregnancy and prepare both body and mind for birth and beyond.
Relax and safely stretch, strengthen, align, and mobilise the body, – helping you towards a greater ease and comfort throughout your pregnancy and a more positive, empowering birth experience.
Learn simple, effective techniques to help relieve some of the common discomforts of pregnancy.
Create ‘space’ to connect to your body and your baby within, as well as with other expectant ‘Mums to Be.’
Suitable for both experienced and those new to Yoga, and for all stages of pregnancy from 14 wks.
