I was raised in Los Angeles and began practicing in 1998 with a wide choice of inspiring yoga teachers. It was exciting and life changing to have new tools to assist me with personal growth and change. I want to pass this greening onto others.
My 200-hour teaching certification was with Zen Buddhist Master, Daizan Roshi.
I taught teen yoga as part of the social sports curriculum at King's Bruton, a day and boarding school, January 2017 through June 2018.
