Her approach to yoga is therapeutic; empowering individuals to move well, rest well, and to work intuitively to bring the body into a state of equilibrium. A committed practitioner, Sarah has expertise in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Scaravelli, Yoga Nidra, and techniques for myofascial release. Classes are a fusion of Sarah's daily self-practice and knowledge of ancient eastern philosophy - the tenets of which provide a remedy to our increasingly busy lives in the West.
Yoga is about creating space - in both body and mind - and classes are designed to hold a space for you to unwind, explore, play with your balance and rest deeply.
Each session is a unique blend of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) meditation and relaxation, delivered in a clear and useful way that emphasises what feels good. Whether adapting to rehab an injury, keen to stretch out tight hamstrings, or you’d like to discover techniques for stress relief, Sarah can guide you.
