Amelia Grace offers Vinyasa Flow yoga classes around Wiltshire. Vinyasa Flow is a energetic yoga practice centred around flowing through postures with the breath. This creates a mindful but still physical practice. Yoga is growing in popularity because it ‘yokes’ together and improves our physical, mental and emotional well being. Amelia Grace strives to create a well rounded and enjoyable practice which is open to all levels. Her classes are mixed ability so don’t worry if you cant touch your toes just yet.
