Yoga for Pregnancy helps mothers to enjoy their pregnancy preventing typical ailments, providing strength and flexibility, combined with breathing and relaxation techniques to help prepare for the birth.
My Mums and Baby (with post natal) provides a lively and fun environment to encourage a unique bond with baby. We use adapted yoga moves combined with songs and rhythms to do with baby, to encourage their natural development, as well as yoga for post natal recovery.
I also provide general yoga classes for Adults at any level, which not only help with strength and flexibility, but also relieve stress and anxiety through the use of relaxation, breathing techniques and meditation/mindful practices.
I provide one to one sessions for Adults and children, especially those with special needs.
