Suitable from 13 weeks, pregnancy yoga can give you time to connect to the baby, support the changing body and prepare for birth. With gentle yoga postures and exercises, we can ease aches and pains and learn breathing techniques that can be useful in labour and beyond. As well as some time to focus on you and your baby, it is a chance to meet some other mums to be in the area. Sundays from 5-6.30pm at Holt village hall.
