My Hatha Yoga for All classes are warm and welcoming and accessible to all abilities whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner of yoga.
In a session you will find asana practice (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation providing you with a balanced workout of mind and body.
Monthly Restorative Yoga sessions are an opportunity to take some time out to relax fully in nurturing physical postures, with the support of props, to fully let go and achieve deep relaxation.
