Amy has been practicing a variety of styles of yoga for a number of years and has always been interested in health and fitness and the positive effect this brings upon people's lives.
Amy initially started yoga to help with super tight hamstrings from long distance running and not enough stretching. She never imagined yoga would take such a hold on her, but instantly fell in love and could not get enough of it. So much so that she packed her bags and headed off to India to complete her 200hour YTT (Yoga Teacher Training).
Amy is a qualified Ashtanga/Vinyasa Flow teacher and qualified in kriyas and pranayama. She is extremely passionate about sharing her love of yoga and welcome's anyone to her classes whether is be for tight muscles, physical fitness, mental tranquillity or just to try something new.
