I am a fully qualified yoga teacher with 30 years’ experience. I deliver one to one, small group classes and workshops in Bradford on Avon and London. The approach I teach:

• Takes into account the needs of the individual.
• Emphasizes the importance of correct breathing.
• Encourages an awareness of the relationship between the body and the mind.
• Recognises the value of yoga as a therapy to treat specific health problems
