Daily Bread was born out of the belief that the practice of yoga if a gift that should be accessible to everyone. No matter what your physical condition or experience, there is a style of practice for you.
Yoga is understanding yourself and your individual body. Through the integration of movement, breath and relaxation techniques we may cultivate a powerful and uplifting connection between body and mind to know inner most self. It is with this integral understanding we become truly aware of our limitations, how to expand our boundaries and create a sense of peace to allow deep relaxation.
Behind Daily Bread is founder and Yoga Teacher, Faye Jones. Faye came to find yoga through injury, following major ankle surgery yoga offered a means of rehabilitation and mental solace in the days when getting back to 'fitness' seemed a distant reality. The rest they say is history! Ever since the practice of physical yoga and the wider yogic traditions continue to offer a multitude of gifts; relaxation, solace, flexibility, strength, mobility, self awareness and a sense of peace with herself and the world.
Daily Bread classes include; Fitness Yoga, Yoga Cross Train, Beginners 'Grounding in Yoga' and 1:2:1 or small group private sessions.
