My yoga classes consist of a combination of physical exercises, breathing exercises, and relaxation. My aim is to provide health benefits including giving relief to back pain sufferers, prevention of back pain and to help my participants to Increase overall strength and flexibility.
My Pilates sessions are aimed to help participants to maintain and/or improve overall strength. The exercises are aimed at toning the shoulders, arms and buttocks and participants are encouraged to breath correctly in order to improve the spinal structures and pelvic/abdominal areas. Participants should leave each session feeling more aware of their overall posture and joint alignment.
