Yoga is a way of life, however most people come to it via the physical route. You may want to relax, lose weight, tone up, stretch out, fix your back or other injuries â€“ and that is great! Itâ€™s how I started too.
There are so many different styles of physical practice that can help you achieve your goals. I will offer options during class so each one is right for you.
I teach beginners, through to advanced practitioners. I practice vinyasa and yin yoga in group and 121 sessions.
There is an ever-increasing body of scientific evidence to support its positive impact on mental and physical health conditions.
As such, my sessions will incorporate a mix of different styles; mantra, chant, meditation, mindfulness, chakra work and yoga therapy. I introduce all of these techniques in a very â€˜lightâ€™ way!
