FloFitness began January 2015 and is continuing to grow and develop with new classes and workshops. FloFitness delivers professional group classes, corporate and 1-2-1 training in various styles of Dance, Yoga and Fitness across Malvern and Worcester. All classes are open to the absolute beginner through to the experienced yogi, dancer or fitness enthusiast.
FloFitness has now moved all of the general yoga classes to Matrix Fitness who kindly invited us to move there as a base for yoga in Malvern. All yoga mats and props are proved here so you just need to turn up and enjoy the classes we can now offer you.
Pregnancy Yoga and Mum & Baby Yoga both now run at MSJ Sports & Fitness Centre is a purpose build studio, a large car park and mats and props provided. There is also the Juice Bar which you are all welcome to stay in after classes to enjoy a refreshment and a catch up.
Kym Lane who founded FloFitness is an experienced teacher who has been teaching Dance since 2008 and Yoga since 2015. Kym has also performed in various styles of dance locally with different groups. Her training began with Ballroom & Latin and continued through to University studying Contemporary Dance. Kym has gained many qualifications along the way including Zumba, group exercise and Level 3 Personal Training. More recently Kym trained in 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa and Pre and Post Natal Yoga.
FloFitness Yoga classes are delivered in the style of Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa Flow offers a combination of flowing movements that are coordinated with the breath creating a sense of movement meditation. The sequence of poses are put together to help improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, core strength, balance and muscle toning. Vinyasa Flow promotes empowerment, both physically and mentally, focusing on mind management and replenishing energy.
FloFitness Yoga classes are offered at different levels to suit the absolute beginner through to the advanced yogi, if your not sure which class to attend send us an email and we can find the right class for you.

Fridays: 11.30-12.15pm Mum & Baby Yoga @ MSJ Sports & Fitness Centre (5/6 week courses)
Sundays: 6-7pm Relax, Restore, Recover (once a month) @ Matrix Fitness
