GEMYoga. A new style of yoga located in the worcester area.

The style includes Sun Power Yoga, a blend of ashtanga and vinyasa. The style is strong and powerful, but also brings the attention always back to breath control and meditation.

GEMYoga can also offer 121s, core body strength conditioning yoga, restorative meditative classes and pregnancy yoga.
