I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga linking breath to movement - the sessions are generally quite strong (although I cater for all abilities) as we are building strength in the whole body with standing poses, sun salutations and for intermediate and advanced practitioners arm balances and inversions, always keeping safe of course!
Work on flexibility is inherent to all yoga practices and I concentrate on flexibility of the spine and hip openers to keep your body young (or get back to your youth!).
My classes are fun and you will make good friends too as I promote contacts through social medias and emails.
I also aim to teach athletes and elite athletes as complement to their main training.

Wednesday: 10:00-11:00 (Fitness4Less), 11:30-12:30 (The Zen Shed), 16:00-17:00 (Corporate lesson at NPower Worcester), 18:00-19:15 (WR13BU All levels) and 19:20-20:35 (WR13BU Ashtanga)
Friday: 9:30-10:45 and 10:45-12:00 (WR11UG)
Sunday: 8:30-9:20 and 9:30-10:20 (Freedom Leisure Perdiswell), 11:00-12:00 (Fitness for Less)
Various private lessons too.
