Yoga Teacher in South Cambridgeshire, Cambridgeshire
I am a BWY yoga teacher and Trustee for the Society of Yoga Practitioners (TSYP) with whom I untertook further training in the teachings of TKV Desikachar. The yoga offered is adapted to the student or students in front of me. I live in Cambridgeshire and run one group class a week, with some students there in person and others online. Most of my work is one to one with students as a Yoga Therapist, from my home or online.
I am also a fully trained Pilates Teacher.
