Im an advanced yoga teacher with 7 years experience. Ive taught professional football players , school children, sports teams and adults from all walks of life.
My classes are light hearted and friendly and are suitable for most.
They are drop in classes with no obligation and no need to book. They are based on a first come basis with a maximum capacity of 20.
