I am based in Saxmundham, Suffolk.
I have 3 classes via zoom. Monday 10am: Mindful Hatha flow. Thursday 6pm: Gentle Hatha Flow into Yin, Friday 9:30am: Slow Hatha flow. All my zoom classes are donation based. Please contact me for the zoom code.
Also, We have a day of “Stillness Day”. Day of walking, forest bathing, beach, barefoot yoga and Qi Gong in Suffolk coast during warm summer season. Weather permitted.

"Slow Flow" : every tuesday 6:30 - 7:30pm Less dynamic than Vinyasa flow and mindful, slow transitions with breath awareness. "Mindful Hatha Flow": every Wednesdays 9-10am at Kelsale Village Hall, Saxmundham, Suffolk. " Gentle Hatha Flow into Yin": every Fridays 5-6pm at Fromus Centre. Please bring your own props, yoga mat, blanket and a bottle of water. Please contact me for booking & more details. All classes are; first class free, £7 after.
We also have Tai Chi & Qi Gong class; Every Mondays 9-10am at Kelsale Village Hall, Saxmundham. £7 per session. Please contact me for more details.
New class starting soon ( date TBC) for yoga4cancer via zoom for cancer survivors ( I am including everyone who are/have gone through treatments or clear). Please read description below:
I am a certified Yoga For Cancer ( Y4C with Tari Prinster) Oncology yoga instructor, also a cancer patient. My passion lies here to share benefit of yoga to cope with side effects from treatments (ie; chemo therapy) with cancer patients, survivors as well as those who effected by loved one's cancer. Yoga has been helping me dealing with side effects, both emotionally, mentally and physically. Gentle yet active yoga practice using yoga props ( which can be substitute with household items) to easing off side effects as well as promote sleep. I offer private session or small group session, via zoom or a venue in Saxmundham. Please contact me for more details.
