A to Z Yoga

Yoga Teacher in Enfield Town, Enfield

Take a Yoga class unlike any other. You won’t get bored holding the same pose for what feels like hours, you’ll get a sweat on and leave feeling like you’ve relieved, stretched and strengthened every muscle in your body.
A to Z Yoga is a unique style that combines many forms of movement. It is a highly developed method made simple to follow. The point of it is to take our modern bodies through a set of stages that will unravel, awaken and challenge them to initiate change. The A to Z Yoga method is fun, effective and liberating. Classes focus on building strength, awareness, alignment and functional movement.
Classes run weekly at The Enfield Drill Hall in the meeting room above the badminton court. Mondays 6:15-7:15 pm and Thursdays
7:30-8: 30 pm and also at Yoga Balance in Finchley 10:00-11:00 am Fridays and Saturdays.

I was looking for some added mental peace from having more physical control.
And feared I was not fit enough and too tired to get fitter. I had No balance- bunions etc etc
Since starting Amy’s classes I feel I have gained some understanding of the principles of body calming, lengthening, effortless control -etc and she is always upbeat, crystal clear as to what is required. I feel stretched (majorly sometimes! ) but not blamed. I feel I have slowly got a little bit better and less afraid to fail because of her method. I feel that she teaches from first principles. I have previously attended a vinyasa class off and on but was ignorant of the first principles—Perhaps that was my fault but Amy doesn’t let us off with that! I would happily recommend Amy’s classes.
