All Amala classes and workshops are held at Viables Craft and Community Centre in Basingstoke, Hampshire. Classes are available at two other sports venues.

Elaine is such an enthusiastic teacher. Her motto is “listen to your body” which is why her classes are so enjoyable and why she has such a loyal following. Her workshops are not to be missed.
Elaine is such an enthusiastic teacher who encourages her classes without pushing us further than we are comfortable with. Her motto is “listen to your body” which is why she has a great following.The workshops are not to be missed!
Elaine is a fab teacher. She has tremendous patience and can adapt poses to suit all abilities which is great if you’re a beginner or have some issues with creaks or groans (like me). That said, she can also challenge you to stretch both your mind and your body.
Classes are friendly and supportive.
Highly recommended.
