I am a certified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga (Level 4 Diploma 500hrs) and have been teaching yoga for over 10 years. I am currently teaching classes in Dunston, Lincolnshire.
My classes are suitable for everyone, which means that modifications are offered for each individual body.
I am also available for private classes and one-to-one teaching.
