I offer Hatha, Family and Childrens Yoga classes across southern Hampshire, from Portsmouth to Southampton.
My classes are suited to all abilities so whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned Yogi, you are most welcome. Please check out my website to see when and where my classes run.
No time for Yoga? I offer corporate yoga in your workplace both during and after working hours.
