Acrobatic yoga teaching for all abilities. We currently run weekly sessions based in Leeds and workshops across the UK. Our sessions will allow you to get fit, gain in flexibility and strength whilst instilling confidence and encouraging self-awareness. You can attend as a pair or as an individual. We strive to make all of our classes as inclusive and accessible as possible.
