Started doing yoga regularly on line with Sharon during lockdown not having done much yoga before. She gives lovely clear instructions and talks you through the whole session I only need to look at the screen occasionally to see if I’m doing what she’s asking me to She varies the routine which is nice and you can tell she enjoys what she does As well as feeling more flexible my waist is definitely more toned.
Sharon is an excellent teacher. Her relaxation sessions are brilliant!
