Hello, my name is Sally, I teach Yoga classes for all levels in Berkhamsted, Cheddington and Ivinghoe. I have been teaching Yoga since 2000, and I love teaching Yoga, I Have been practicing Yoga since childhood but more seriously since 1991. My style is very creative and intuitive and I draw on many styles of Yoga including Hatha, Astanga and Iyengar.
I have a particular love of the body and its mechanics, and this brings a strong element of alignment to my classes. I am very enthusiastic about teaching Yoga and my classes are friendly, informative and encouraging, working with you to get the best out of your yoga practice.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Teacher and I have also trained as a teacher for pregnancy and childbirth and post natal yoga.
